Looking to Gain XP in Short-Term Management

Hello all! I am looking for anyone in the Twin Cities area that might be able to help me gain experience managing a short-term rental. I have experience in property management, am a current leasing consultant at an apartment building, and am a licensed Realtor. I'd also love to purchase a short-term rental myself at some point, making a potential future partner a huge plus if possible. I would be willing to do this at no cost to you, at least to start. In the beginning, I'd likely need some oversight at first, but I learn quickly and am determined to get on the fast track to ownership. Thank you, and I appreciate any advice!

If your budget works in a particular market then why not buy one and give it a go? I learned by doing and now own a full service property management company
