I'm looking for STR Arbitrage. Does anyone know any owners that are willing to let me sublease for STR? I live in Louisiana, but I am open to any area in the US.

Hey @Sheina Lassalle, you are going to find a lot of info if you do a search. You won't find anyone who will be willing to arbitrage their properties on this part of the forum.

There are some folks who have dropped in looking to see if anyone would like to try it with their property but I think I can count that on 1 hand in the last 7 years.

Basically arbitrage is a risky business unless you have a lot of disposable cash reserves if things go south.
