Looking for an Arizona CPA specializing in Rental properties

Hello,

I am looking for recommendations for a rental Property CPA. I have been burned before with sketchy CPA's putting me into something I shouldn't be in just to charge me $1000 then to have to pay again to get me out of it.

Hello Brandon,

Curious were you able to find a good CPA in the area that understands tax law in Arizona and/or specifically Scottsdale/Phoenix area? I used a CPA in the spring that provided zero value other than basic filing which I could do. I have specific questions about Arizona's TPT licensing and filing monthly state taxes.
