Finding a Cleaner/Housekeeper - West Palm Beach, FL

Hey Folks!

First off thank you in advance for your tips, tricks, and recommendations! I am Matt Wilson and currently my business partner and I are actively working to get a particular property under contract in the West Palm Beach, FL market. I have been doing tons of research on property management softwares, strategies, and tactics for a while now but one key thing I am hoping for some help with is finding a cleaner/housekeeper.

I’ve looked at going through sites like HomeAdvisor and I actually thought TurnoverBnB has a good method for connecting cleaners with vacation property owners but I’m hoping to learn from the experts themselves!

What have you done to find the right cleaner for you?

Thank you very much!

P. S. I would love to meet up with anybody in the south Florida area! I currently live in West Palm and try to go to as many meetups I can find! The BP community is the best.

Hey @Matthew Wilson, you are doing just fine. Hit up Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. You should be able to find a ton of cleaners in that area.

I basically had them do a full clean of our rental after we stayed there as a family. It is the best way to see how they will do. I also have created a cleaning book that covers the nuances of our house and the way we want it to look.
