Coastal Mobile Home on Stilts...worth it???

Hi all...first post here and working on first STR purchase. Looking for any input, informed opinions, or experience with mobile home on stilts as an income producing investment in the STR space. I am focusing on 3 potential properties and one of them...the only one that is canal front...is actually a mobile home on stilts. The curb appeal is great and the interior is fully remodeled and immaculate. It's probably my favorite of the 3 houses in terms of useful space, layout, finishings, etc. Plus it is on the canal with a nice dock and room for a boat. It should rent very well overall. The only problem, aside from rising water threats of course, is that it is actually a mobile home on stilts and I can't wrap my head around that. I know they are becoming more common in coastal areas, but I struggle with the idea of a mobile home Depreciating vs Appreciating and some of the other stigmas. Really appreciate any input.

Thanks All!
