Anyone have an Airbnb in Pocono Summit/ Poconos area?

Trying to break into the short term rental space and want to choose a place close enough to where I live in NJ so that if anything goes wrong I am just a drive away. I recently saw Pocono Summit was up and coming market so I'm curious if anyone in here has experience investing in that area / the Poconos? I know the market doesn't appreciate as fast as other areas, but in terms of COC return the numbers seem good.

Hey @Alyssa Altonaga, take a look at this. It has a list of all the communities and their status as STR friendly.

It does say that Summit Pointe (not sure if it is the same place as you are talking about) is not allowing STR.
