Insurance for Airbnb Arbitrage for Multiple Rooms

Business Partner and I are renting a  4 bedroom house to list 3 of the bedrooms on airbnb while I live in the 4th bedroom. Everything is going perfectly EXCECPT FOR the insurance. The owner is very risk averse. Proper" Insurance company does not like that we have multiple bedrooms listed on airbnb and might not insure us.

Which insurance company should I look into for this arrangement?

Call a local Insurance Broker. They represent multiple Insurance companies.
