Hi everyone, I am actively searching for my first short term rental (STR) property in the seacoast/lakes region area of New Hampshire. I am looking to connect/network with fellow realtors and experienced STR hosts who can help me with areas I should be concerned with regarding zoning laws and locations and the such. Thank you!

Susan,

To my knowledge Laconia and some of Meredith are the only one in the Lakes Region that currently has restrictions.  Gilford has been talking about restrictions in the Gunstock Acres but those discussions have been at a stale mate for a while.

It's a great area to invest.
