Pitch deck for acquiring STR's

Hello,

Seeking a pitch deck template or example that I can use and customize for presenting to potential investors interested in acquiring STR's and holding for the long term.

I'm a highly experienced host, contractor and engineer looking to scale up by partnering with passive RE investors.

Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated!

There might be a pitcher or two on this forum that can give you a full script.  But if you pitch a knuckleball, make sure your catcher is wearing a softball glove.
