VRBO Payment Processing - Help!

My renter checked in on 7/25/22, and, according to my owner dashboard, VRBO owes me $9927.  (total rent minus vrbo service fee)   On 7/26 I received an email that my tax form wasn't filled out.   I filled it out and still no payment.   Their customer service is abysmal.   They have "escalated" the situation to billing.

Does anyone have prior experience with this issue?

    @Jane Johanson

    Yes this exact issue happened to me a year ago! No one could help me I called several times and several reps walked me through it to no avail. I ended up getting it resolved by googling the ceo of Expedia email and briefly explaining the situation amd asking for help. Within the hour someone from his staff called me and within a day it was fixed. I would reccomend that.
