Hotel residential properties as a STR

I'm looking at residential properties in hotel structures and curious what pro/cons come with being part of an established structure. The cleaning and maintenance are established as well as furnishing - bit what is the range the hotel charges for these services?

All advice welcome!

I agree this would still be a hotel, not a STR.
