Should i buy an STR vs MF
I have 2 STR's and both are doing well. Looking for my next acquisition was thinking 2nd home for me (could put 10% down) and when not using it would be STR. Thinking NC coastal area Surf City etc. With current market wondering if I should buy a duplex instead for STR. As rates increase I believe we will have more and more rental demand. Planning on doing a refi on one of my rentals for the down payment. Any thoughts?

Samuel L Jackson would say to go with a STR MF.
