How to manage your property using Property Management Software

Hi!

I wanted to introduce myself and let you know I'm here as a resource. I am a vacation rental investor and cohost to several properties, as well as a Host Coach! I have coached hundreds of vacation rental owners on running their vacation rental business (even remotely!) on their own without the use of a management company. You can check out my website for my coaching business at The Utmost Host in my signature.

I'd be happy to answer questions for those just getting started.

Hey @Stacy P., you didn't hit any nerves. Everyone who posted self manages already so we can be a bit salty. :)

You can post your services as a pro member otherwise they would pull the thread right outta this tapestry of ours.

Don't take it personally. It does sound like you are offering your services for free. I do see you mention that it is a business, but some folks could miss it.

Like @Luke Carl, @John Underwood, @Bruce Woodruff and @Paul Sandhu, I post all my experiences, thoughts and tips right here in this forum for anyone to grab and use. I answer each and every PM I get with what I know that works and BKM's to make a 5 star vacation rental. I post deals that benefit STR owners (a lot less now, damn inflation) along with changes to products that have been reliable for me.

We even answer arbitrage questions...over and over and over and over and over and over.... :)
