Airbnb listing title rules

Listing titles are coming back on June 30. They have “rules” for no emojis or all caps words, but the “rules” read more like “suggestions based on their opinion of effectiveness.” I’m wondering if folks think emojis and all caps in listings will actually be punished in the ranking algorithm - because if not then I’m confident these techniques actively help listings in my area and are worth doing…
