STR Condo in Panama City FL
Hey all. So I have this close realtor friend bring me this deal and my current mentor is delaying his help in a not-helpful way.
I've never done an Airbnb before, and this one is long distance: Panama City Beach FL. It's a condo that rents on average 300/night (if my calculations are correct) and she's giving me a price reduction of 10k from 450k so new price 440k. Should I still pursue this? I was working with him by bringing the deal, letting me manage it, while he just puts down the DP. Idk. Anything helps! Thanks!
