Selling a Property that is Active Airbnb

Hello All,

When selling a property that is actively being used as an Airbnb, what kind of language (if any) do you put into it to explain to guests that it needs to be shown?

Anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks!

Replied

I would not put any language that could scare them from booking your place.

Instead just schedule showing between stays or on turnover days.
