Arizona Supreme Court Ruling RE: STR's - Do they still restrict?

Recently there was an AZ Supreme Court ruling regarding HOA's/CC&R's VS STR's. I've had a lot of questions from clients regarding this, including the very common, "Does this ruling mean you can now have STR's within AZ HOA's that restrict short term rentals?"
