Contractor needed for foundation : Branson, MO

Need a contractor or inspector to look at a tiny cabin near Branson, MO. I have it under contract but was told there were “foundation issues”. It is an older cabin, built in 1958, with piers underneath.

Any help with a contact for a professional in the area appreciated!
