I have 2 in the area. Love it. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/4... this is a short term shop market just join them for a consult. I'm sure matt gardner will be along soon as well. The house in the link I posted gross about 170k last year.
winters are empty. 3-4 months of empty. which is awesome. I was afraid of that before I bought here. now I love it. I like that I get a breather. Why work 12 months if I can only work 8 or 9. You will need to self manage if you didn't already know that.
