Airbnb / Rental arbitrage

Steven Gastrau
Posted

I'm looking to get into the Airbnb/Rental Arbitrage game. Does anyone in this area have expertise in this subject and would be willing to share what they know over some coffee?

Thanks,

Steve

I believe it's asked every day, sometimes multiple times a day. The vast majority of us think it's a get-rich-quick scheme. We advise Landlords against working with an arbitrage. We advise those looking to get into arbitrage to get a real job, save some real money, buy some real investments, and build real wealth. In a nutshell.
