That makes sense @Terrell Garren, thanks for the advice.

@Bogdan Constantin Stefanide appreciate the invite. I'll see you Tuesday.

@Nate Sanow Thanks for the advice Nate. Time to start networking more.

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a GC that works with investors in the Westchester and/or Fairfield County area. I plan on starting my real estate investing portfolio with a Househack/BRRRR this coming this spring. Any suggestions for a GC would be greatly appreciated.

Best,

Steve

I'm looking to get into the Airbnb/Rental Arbitrage game. Does anyone in this area have expertise in this subject and would be willing to share what they know over some coffee?

Thanks,

Steve

Thanks for the advice @Kyle Spearin. I will definitely find out how much I can get pre approved for before hand.  Very excited to get the show on the road!

Hello all,

Looking to do my first house hack come next spring 2023. Specifically in Greenwich or Stamford. I’d like a duplex or triplex and would rent out a room on my side as well. It seems like the only way for me to be pre approved for a property in these areas is to have a co-signer on my loan due to how expensive they are and my current income. Does anyone have advice on how to go about this? Also, any recommendations on local mortgage brokers in these areas? I’m very new to all this, as I just recently learned about house hacking. Any advice would be great!

Thanks,

Steve
