Good morning everybody! So my wife and I have gotten linked up with some folks that teach and provide a system for STR's by using rental arbitrage. I am curious if any of you have done this before and what some of your do's and dont's have been as well as how you come across your leads. I am in a FB group that is all about that and have a group of about 10 people in the Florida market that have all been communicating I just really wanted to bring it to this platform to get some insight. Thanks everybody for your time!

Our goal is to have our first property secured this week and continue the path of adding one a month.
