My first Airbnb/Investment property

Kenneth Lopez
Posted

Hello everybody,

I am planning on getting my first investment property in Hollywood, FL. The property is 4 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino, 12 minutes to Hollywood Beach, and 25 minutes to South Beach. The property is about 1500 square feet, 3 beds/2baths/garage. Amenities are washer/dryer, pool table, backyard sitting area with BBQ.

I was wondering if anyone on here has an airbnb in the area that can let me know how there business is going in the area and maybe share some numbers.

Thank You.

Hey @Kenneth Lopez, just search AirBNB and VRBO for homes that are in the same area with similar size and amenities. That should give you a good idea of occupancy and nightly rates they are charging.
