AirDNA accuracy in Pittsburgh

Anyone have experience with AirDNA and its accuracy, more specifically in Pittsburgh?

I have a house in PGH intended as a flip but I want a plan B exit strategy and was curious about its potential as a short term full house rental. I don't wanna pay to sign up for airdna if it's not accurate just for this one property.

Do the research yourself @Philip Coiro. Just hit up AirBNB and VRBO, find similar properties close to yours with size and amenities and see what they are charging and the occupancy.

That is the best way to get the best numbers. Run them yourself.
