Setting Rent On A Unique Vacation Rental
Hey!
If I have a very unique AirBnB, something like glamping on a sunflower farm,
With no local comparisons,
How would I go about setting rent?
Do I compare with similar properties regardless of location?
Or are there different/better strategies for setting rent on a very unique AirBnB?

Trial and error. You are comparing against listings in your area, so use those as a starting point. Also step back and ask yourself objectively what you would pay to stay there.
