STR HOA Pool Wording

Hi all - in contract to purchase my first STR in SC! Super exciting as this is a LONG time coming. My question is does anyone have a good word to use for a HOA style pool?? I don't like the word "communal" or "community" pool for some reason lol. The HOA only has (8) houses in it so it's not a big subdivision. Any ideas/wording would be super helpful! Thanks!

    Don’t disguise what it is. It’s a community pool, shared by only 8 homes. Nothing bad about that.
