Well Water in the Smokeys
Found a new build in the Smokeys, but this threw me for a kicker!
It’s going to be on well water! I’m a complete newbie!
I read some info but would like more insight from folks with exp living on well water.
It’s going to be a private well, only providing water to this single property. It’s a 3 bed/3.5 bath.
I’m worried about low production/low pressure/contamination. Is this a contingency I could put into the contract in case there are issues?
And are their other concerns/maintenance issues I need to be aware about? I’m a bit hesitant with the well. Thank you!
