Hi! Our offer was just accepted on a home in Pensacola, FL. We plan on utilizing it as a short term rental. Has anyone used RedAwning as their property manager for short term rentals? If so, are you happy with them? Recommend someone else? Looking to get some guidance or recommendations for STR management companies. Any help is appreciated!

You are the manager. If you use red awning you’ll lose money. Also be careful with Pensacola there’s more bad areas than good.
