The taxes and fees are more than the nightly rate on STR

I have never stayed at a short term rental and I have been hearing all about them. So I go on line and look at a number of Short term rentals. I’m a little unsure about how the pricing goes whether the listed price is a bait and switch etc. After clicking on one it appears that the extra fees and taxes are considerably more than the listed price it’s self. Is this normal. Please see screenshot below.
