Looking for an Attorney familiar w STR

Hello!

I'm located in Northern California, bit north of the Bay Area. I'm finding some sticking points with my current counsel, and am looking for an attorney familiar with Short Term Rental management, Real Estate, and Small Business. I don't have an immediate legal need, but would like to retain an attorney who understands my industry without a lot of explaining on my end. A referral would be very appreciated.
