CABIN OR NO CABIN STR REVENUE

Hello BP Family,

So I am currently looking into investing in Tennessee ( Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge) Area. I see everyone only talks about cabins in these areas. If I were to buy a standard home will the income be less because its not a cabin or will I have to offer stays for a cheaper price? If anyone could help me understand this at all that would be great.
