Hey everyone,

My name is Justin Lopez. I’m an aspiring investor in the tampa Bay Area! This year I should be able to quite my first property as well as dip into rental arbitrage. I’m currently in the process of networking and researching more about rental arbitrage! If anyone has done it within our area, I’d love to connect. Curious to hear thoughts, advice, successes, and even failures. Thanks in advance, look forward to chatting.

Feel free to click on the magnifying glass in the upper right. This is literally asked monthly if not weekly. It’s regarded as a pretty bad deal since you usually have to lie to the landlord.  You’re better off buying anything and househacking it.
