Expanding Into Other Markets: RE Agent Recommendations

I am an investor and Co-Host in Myrtle Beach, SC. I have had great success there by managing long-distance from Atlanta, and I am now ready to expand into other excellent STR markets. I am specifically looking to build new partnerships with Real Estate Agents in the Destin, FL and Gulf Shores, AL areas. If anyone has a great recommendation on RE Agents in these areas who have specific knowledge of Short-Term Rental markets and investing, I would love your referral. Thanks in advance!

I'm a realtor and investor in the Destin market, and there are some great options here for sure (and plenty of not-so-great options, lol) -- I'd recommend hitting up @Kyle Momany, @Melissa Haworth, or @Bri Bowhall to get you started! They are all great investor-minded agents that can get your going.
