At what point do you build/buy another?

One of my places gets all weekly bookings...I've already turned down 4 guests for next year, so that's about $3k lost. The way it's going I can see a lost income of $10k (or more) this coming year. I've thought about building a smallish (400 - 500 SF, 1BR/1BA) little house on the property. I figure I could get it done for about $40k, which I could make back in 2 years.

What would you do?

Yep. A neighbor/competitor called to send us a guest, but we were already booked up for all of May. Made us say exactly that.

There is your answer.
