My company Core Real Estate Properties is one of Fort Myers’s premier real estate groups where we invest in single and multi-family real estate. We purchase off-market, distressed, probate, Pre-foreclosure properties as rehab/re-sell or to add to our portfolio of income-producing properties. We buy properties for Cash, As-Is, no repairs needed, and can close quickly on the sale.

I also offer retail real estate sales for both buyers and sellers. In some instances, when we meet with homeowners looking to sell their house quickly, our cash program is not a solution for them, I help them position their home to sell on the market. Many times these homes need a little TLC to get them ready to list for top price.

Douglas J. Beck is an Account Executive at Builders Trust Capital. Doug’s broad real estate experience includes real estate investments, title insurance, wholesaling, real estate brokerage and mentoring other real estate investors on starting and growing their business. His unique background helps him understand his clients’ challenges at a deeper level and advise on how to best utilize people, process and technology to drive real estate investment success.

Prior to joining Builders Trust Capital, Doug focused on growing his real estate investment companies, JDL Ventures and Douglas J Development. He has closed hundreds of successful deals including over 50 fix & flips. This experience has provided Doug with a deep understanding of what can go wrong on renovation projects and how to avoid those pitfalls. In addition, he is also a Partner in both a title insurance agency and a real estate brokerage, Investors First Title Agency and Investors First Realty respectively. Doug enjoys sharing his experiences and lessons learned through his Flip More Deals real estate investment mentorship program and educational events that have educated and empowered hundreds of aspiring investors across the country since 2015.

Doug graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rider University in 2007 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and Entrepreneurial Studies. He currently resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife and 3 children.
