Who is Rebuilt?
Rebuilt is an investment firm focused on sourcing off-market real estate deals. Originally founded in 2018 in Lexington, Kentucky and now have grown to 10 locations in 6 different states.
What do they do?
Rebuilt focuses on getting properties under contract and bringing these opportunities to their list of investors. They target sellers through direct mail campaigns, advertising online, texting and cold calling. They work hand and hand with their investors to understand investor short term and long term goals and look to find properties that fit their needs!

Rebuilt’s Philly office is growing rapidly getting more and more properties under contract and connecting with investors of all kinds. They have plans to grow into Southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware which are already in motion, working to open new offices in these locations. Rebuilt recently received a $65 million dollar investment and has a goal to triple in size within the next 24 months including more locations and more opportunity for employment. Rebuilt one day plans to become your one-stop-shop providing real estate deals, lending, property insurance, property management and more!
