Come learn about residential real estate investing in the greater Spokane area. Each meeting has a guest speaker or two, followed by plenty of networking time.
August 18th guest speaker: Nathan McLeod! He is the CEO of McLeod Estates LLC. Nathan McLeod is an author, speaker, consultant, serial entrepreneur and philanthropist.Nathan runs five successful Real Estate Investment businesses, has a degree in mechanical engineering and wrote the Amazon Best Seller "Face The Numbers". Face the Numbers is a book on "How to Use Objective Data Collection to Win in Business". Nathan uses the same methods described in his book to put McLeod Estates at the pinacol of the industry.Under Nathan's leadership, McLeod Estates transacted 194 commercial multifamily doors in 2020. In 2021, McLeod Estates has transacted 61 commercial multifamily doors, and has 320 doors in escrow to close this year. McLeod Estates has transacted deals in South Carolina, Texas, Mississippi, Washington, Idaho, Oklahoma, Michigan, and Indiana.
