Bill Young serves as the Renovation Manager for American Pacific Mortgage, bringing over 35 years of financial sales experience. After graduating with a Finance degree from California State University Long Beach he served as an investment banker, corporate executive, and business owner prior to entering the mortgage business in 1998. His background in the mortgage industry began as a loan originator and was promoted to branch manager and ultimately Renovation Manager. Markets served are Idaho, Washington and Oregon. Bill is quite active in the Boise community where he has raised three children, volunteers in youth sports, political organizations, and other civic activities. His passion for education is highlighted by actively teaching Realtors, consumers, and other lenders the benefits of renovation financing. He is always available to answer any questions regarding all types of loan programs. He specializes in 203K Limited, 203K Consultant and HomeStyle Renovation programs for owner occupied, 2nd home and investor renovation projects. These renovation products provide financing options for major renovations, upgrading and remodeling projects.
