Tyler Lusk, a TSU alumni, is one of the most successful real estate wholesale investors in the Greater Nashville Area. He’s widely known as “The Cashville Investor” by his friends and associates, a nickname he earned for his use of highly creative strategies, inventive thinking, and his supernatural ability to generate buyer and seller leads at will.

Eric Brinson is the Founder of A&R Development & Acquisitions, a real estate investment company based in Nashville that specializes in buying and selling investment properties. Since its founding in 2017, A&R has grown to a team of 4 in-house staff members and 3 virtual employees. Eric is an Alumni of MTSU where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
