At March's MeetUp, we'll do a deep dive on earned income vs passive income. What the differences are between the two and why income producing real estate is such a great vehicle to increase your passive income! We are located at the Novel Coworking space. We are on the 3rd floor, in the lounge right next to the elevators. Street parking is available for $3/hour and there is also an attached parking lot with parking for $7/hour. The Miami Trolley also stops on Biscayne Blvd, right in front of the building.
