We are located at the Novel Coworking Space outdoor area. Street parking is available for $3/hour and there is also an attached parking lot with parking for $7/hour. The ground floor entrance to the outdoor area (at the wooden gate next to the bike rack) is from the Novel parking lot on 22nd St. The following pictures show the entrance to the outdoor seating area, where we'll meet.

We'll discuss NOI, cap rates, cash on cash return, debt, and much more to achieve a comprehensive understanding of how to underwrite deals.
