Happy New Year everyone! We're excited to kick off 2021 with another Zoom meet up. We love that these virtual events have made it possible to allow investors outside of the South Jersey area to attend.
This month we will hear from Travis, TheYoungRetireeBy33. Travis is a FIRE advocate who started investing in real estate by house hacking in 2016. He has since purchased three additional properties and focuses solely on short term rentals. In 2020, even with the pandemic, he grossed $111k in short term rental income through Airbnb.
With his Industrial Engineering background, he has developed a set of systems to help him manage 5 short term rental units all from his phone all while working a full-time job. Come prepared with all of your short-term rental and automation questions!
