Ken has worked with over 900 communities, retailers, manufacturers, and associations in the manufactured housing industry. His consulting firm focuses on developing business strategies for maximum sales growth, financial fitness, and long-term profitability.

He knows how to sell homes, flip parks, find financing, consult on legislation, talks the talk and walks the walk! Ken is a mover and shaker in our business, so this is a great opportunity to get expert knowledge.

As an example, he put together the largest private banking placement ever in the manufactured housing industry and developed a group of retailers and communities with that $30+ million investment.

Ken earned his MBA from the University of Michigan and is a advisory consultant to the American Graduate (Thunderbird) School of International Management. He is also on the board of trustees of Habitat for Humanity and is a Certified Management Consultant. You can check out more about Ken here.
