What an insane last month we have all experienced. I dont know a single person whose life hasn't been changed dramatically, investors included. Fundamentally, we believe that the best real estate investors act with purpose and energy, including in confusing and stressful times. When most people are tuning in 24/7 to news networks, the best investors are controlling their own destiny. That's why we are so pumped to announce that we have 2 incredibly proactive, energetic, and purposeful investors joining a LIVE virtual event.

Mark Your Calendars! We are going to be doing a very special ZOOM meet up Wed, April 22nd at 5:00. We will be diving into how some of the smartest investors are dealing with the ramifications of COVID-19. Chad Gallagher will be moderating as we chat with two engaging investors who have very different backgrounds and focuses, Anna Kelley and Alex Felice.

Anna Kelley is a real estate investor in Central Pennsylvania with investments in multiple states. Anna is a founding member of the Zenith Capital group and ReiMom, LLC. Anna worked in the financial sector for 20 years and has a thorough understanding of the tools available to preserve wealth. Anna has been investing in real estate for 20 years with a portfolio worth over $60M and also invests passively as an LP in many projects. She has purchased, renovated, sold, and rented millions of dollars in real estate all while working full time and raising a family. In addition to her success in real estate, Anna runs a meetup for women, REI Like A Girl!

Alex Felice specializes in long-distance single and multi family rental real estate typically in North Carolina, and has spent the last few years working in commercial underwriting. Alex also has a tremendous experience in major rehab of homes. Alex has been studying and buying real estate for 5 years, he's an avid reader and known to have an intense personality. In 2014, he calculated his net worth to be negative and decided to use real estate to solve that problem. You can find more of his story at www.brokeisachoice.com

Some topics we expect to cover:
Are you looking at new deals now, or staying on the sideline?
How are financial lenders handle this crisis? Is re-finance an option at these low interest rates? Will banks take on new deals?
Rent collection and tenant engagement during this tricky time for everyone
Debt to GDP will be a theme of the next year as the U.S. debt to GDP is expected to be at an all-time high -- how will this impact investors
CARES Act impact to investors and tenants
What's an ideal approach for the next 3 months?

We are incredibly pumped for these 2 amazing people to come share with everyone! Don't forget to bring your questions. We will be having Q&A throughout the meetup. You can also post questions ahead of time in the comments below.
