Welcome to Part 2 of our Conversation Series on Investing in Real Estate. We are meeting in Santa Monica this month. No need to have attended Part 1 to attend this one.

Each meeting will cover some fundamentals of multifamily investing.

For the January brunch, we will teach you how to analyze/underwrite a property using our Pro Forma. The goal is to get you comfortable sizing up your own deals.

This is an intimate conversation series on investing in real estate. It’s co-hosted by Whitney Spatz (agent) and John Alden (broker) who specialize in helping individuals build multifamily portfolios in Southern California.

WHY WE HOST:

We believe that if people understood how real estate investing worked, everyone would invest in income property.

The history and data are undeniable: real estate is the single most effective way to conservatively build wealth and financial independence.

Through our Learn, Plan, and Invest program, we are passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals.

FORMAT:

We will all introduce ourselves and then dig into a discussion of fundamentals such as leverage and compounding. We will use real life deals and success stories to illustrate these concepts.

DETAILS:

Parking is free behind the building. We are located in Suite K on the second floor and share a building with Bank of America. Signs will be posted around the building.

Brunch snacks and drinks will be served. Please let us know if you’re running late or can’t make it as there’s limited seating.

Thanks and looking forward to meeting you!

Whitney and John
