Disclaimer: BiggerPockets does not support or sponsor any meetups unless otherwise noted. Do your due diligence before attending any events. You may be agreeing to attend an event that includes promotion, pitching, or high-pressure sales tactics or techniques. Join the Hampton Roads Landlord Association for a VRLTA update with attorney L.T. Caplan who will share with us the new laws, some of which went into effect July 1st and some which will go into effect on Oct 1 that affect landlords and tenants. There are significant changes taking place. Come find out what you need to know to stay on the right side of the law!
Our event is held at an event that serves attendees a catered hot lunch for an all inclusive price of $20. (Trust me - the food is amazing!) EVERYONE WHO ATTENDS MUST PAY FOR LUNCH, WHETHER YOU EAT OR NOT. This is the only way we can keep this a free club. All menus include a hot lunch, desert and soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Use of the space is included in the cost per person.
Because our caterer must have an accurate RSVP total to know how much food to prepare, please register at the link below and then update your RSVP if your plans change you can’t make it.
