Hey a few folks mentioned being interested in grabbing a beer and chatting about real estate. Since it's summer time I thought trying to meetup someplace outside would be great weather depending. I personally haven't been to Constitution Yards but generally speaking enjoy the outside beer garden type environment and figured we'd give it a try. I'll keep an eye on the weather though and call an audible a day or two in advance if the weather looks bad.
No real formal agenda for the is event. Just plan to come enjoy some company and talk real estate over a beer or two. Look forward to seeing folks there!
