Why Not Now Asset Management Co presents, CJ Calio, our guest speaker for the month of June. CJ Calio is a buy and hold, out of state investors and the owner of Why Not now Asset Management, a passive income solutions provider. He works with other investors and busy professionals to create passive income through real estate, so they can retire with monthly cash flow. CJ has worked with multiple investors and partners to raise over 4 million dollars to purchase over 60 residential and commercial properties in the past four years all while keeping a full time job and raising three wonderful children. CJ is a licensed real estate salesperson in Hawaii with two years’ trained experience in marketing and sales.
CJ will be teach us about the BRRRR (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, and repeat) strategy and how he has used it to grow his own portfolio out of state for himself and his investors. He sounds super interesting, I’d love to come hear his presentation but I live on Maui! Will it be recorded? Ask him if he wants to come over for one of my Maui Wealth Builder events! I have plenty buyers for him over here!
