Hey everyone, I am excited to do my first meet-up and thank you for making one for the Duluth/Superior area! I am a real estate agent in MN and will soon also be licensed in WI seeing as I just bought a "live in flip" in Superior (might BRRR it, not sure). Either way I am eager to hear more input on the market conditions up there through the eyes of others, and to meet other BP members!!
