I am excited to host my first networking meet up in the Catskill area.
We are welcoming anyone who
-is Interested in investing in real estate in Greene County and Northern Ulster County
-wants information on the real estate market in this area
-is looking to sell a property or rent one
-owns a property they would like to rent out
-who owns a property mgmt company or wants to start one
-is a contractor looking to expand their business
-wants to just come and listen to the positive real estate happenings in Greene County NY
Guest speaker Natasha Witka, business owner and accomplished real estate agent and investor, will be talking about the local market, Airbnb thoughts, and rental prices.
